Jonathan Bell started JB Executive Search now (JB Search Ltd) in 2002 following time at MRI WW and Jade Executive Recruitment. His background is in Automotive and Manufacturing Recruitment and he moved into Lean / Six Sigma recruitment in 2002 whilst continuing to supply his Automotive clients. JBS has continued to grow and supply top quality candidates to some of the worlds best known Consultancy companies and several boutique style Consultancies.
The past 8 years have been spent developing business across Europe placing Performance Improvement experts into consulting firms and leading corporations to help them with businesses optimization processes and implementation of strategic change across the business value chain, specifically using Lean and Six Sigma.
